Michael R. Rattagan, Deputy Chairman of the Argentine branch of The English-Speaking Union and lawyer and partner for Rattagan, Macchiavello, Arocena & Peña Robirosa will be attending ESU International Council Meeting 2007 to be held in Tokyo from Sunday 7th to Saturday 13th October. ESU Japan has organized a number of activities, including the Reception at the British Embassy on 9th October. Mr. Rattagan will attend the meeting which, among other things, will elect the new President of the International Council for 2007-2008. He will also speak on behalf of ESU Argentina at the Country Reports session, where representative from the different ESUs around the world describe the different programs offered by each ESU Chapter.
